Section.1 Home Decor & Gift Deliveries

Excluded Postcodes (Royal Mail will deliver to any home on U.K Mainland) as long as your home access and restrictions complies with Royal Mails Terms and Conditions. U.K Standard Tracked Delivery - 
  1. Place your order from us at Adornament and wait for an order confirmation email.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once you've placed your order with us, followed by your dispatch email once the item has been dispatched.
  3. Your items will arrive via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of receiving your dispatch email.
  4. Once dispatched you will then be able to track your delivery on Royal Mail's tracking service website using your given tracking number - use this link to track your order via Royal Mail http://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

U.K Next Day Guaranteed Delivery -

Please note:
For us to ensure you receive your items the very next day, customer orders will have to be placed before 11am that same day to ensure next day delivery.
  1. Place your order from us at Adornament and wait for an order confirmation email.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once you've placed your order with us, followed by your dispatch email once your item has been dispatched.
  3. Your items will arrive via Royal Mail the very next day (A time frame will be given for you recieve your item - usually in our experience items will be with you no later than 1pm that following - This can not be guaranteed)
  4.  Once dispatched you will then be able to track your delivery on Royal Mail's tracking service website - use this link to track your order via Royal Mail http://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Section.2 Furniture Deliveries

We aim to deliver all our furniture products within 2 weeks of ordering (unless stating differently in product description) -  Should your postcode fall outside mainland UK (postcodes are AB, DD, KY, IV, PA, PH, FK, HS, KW or north of Edinburgh and Glasgow), delivery times may vary. Dependant of which one of these postcodes, highlands or isle regions you want your furniture to be delivered to, an addition charge may occur. Always speak to our customer service team before placing your order if ordering to outside mainland UK.

Flat pack living, dining and bedroom furniture (including dining tables that come flat packed, all wardrobes and beds) are delivered using a courier service that will deliver your furniture to a room of your choice. dependant on the size of your order we may send a 2 man delivery team to cope with the workload at no extra cost. 

Please note: Flat packed furniture including all wardrobes and beds will need to be assembled by you or someone you can direct to assemble your furniture. We do not take responsibility in assembling your flat pack furniture or unpacking your flat packed furniture from its original packaging due to terms of our refund and damages policy - please see section 4 & 5.

Marble top Dining Tables, Glass Extending (only) dining tables, and Sofas of all sizes will be delivered via our Specialist Delivery Team - This is a 2 man delivery team that ensure your products are assembled within a room of your choice (Please note Dining Tables and Sofas are only to be assembled at ground floor level unless pre arranged with our customer service team before placing your order)


Section.3 Home decor, Gifts & Furniture Returns

Returning Home Decor & Gifts 

If you dislike the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 10 days, providing they are in their original packaging & in a resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange only for the full value of the item/s you have returned, which will not include the original postage and packaging cost. 

Please Note: If you have not contacted us before your 10 day period has ended regarding your unwanted goods, at the companies discretion we have the right to not accept the item/s, in result no exchange will be given.

Please note: You will only receive a exchange in goods once your goods have been received and inspected by Adornament this process can take up to 10 working days from us receiving your unwanted item. You will be contacted by customer service within or at the end of this period to arrange your exchange in goods.


Returning Furniture

Furniture is returnable for an exchange only upon disliking the furniture or colour, so long as you email or contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving your delivery, stating the reason for an exchange. We will then work out the most cost effective option to process your exchangeable only item/s and this process can take up to 30 days for the full exchange procedure to be complete. You will also be expected to pay additional delivery charges and restocking fee in which could result anywhere up to £150 dependant on size of the item/s you are wishing to exchange.

Please Note: If you have not contacted us before your 5 day period has ended regarding your unwanted goods, at the companies discretion we have the right to not accept the item/s, in result no exchange will be given.


Section.4 How to return?

Home Decor & Gifts

Within your delivery you will receive a free returns label that ensures you can return your delivery free of charge at any local Post Office - Dependant on the size of your item/s we will notify you on how to return items such as large 'mirrors' and other large Home Decor & Gifts. Please note: Keep all original delivery packaging as this will avoid extra costs when returning your goods using your free returns label. 

Furniture

Once you have been in contact with our customer service within 5 days of delivering your unwanted furniture, we will advise the most cost effective solution for the company in collecting your unwanted furniture. 

Section.5 Damaged Furniture or Home decor Products

Please contact our customer service within 4 days of damaged goods arriving. We will require digital photos of the fault sent to our team via email to analyse. Once a decision has been made by the company, either a repair will be arranged, a replacement product arranged or at last resort a full refund for the item/s that are damaged, whichever is more cost effective and efficient for the company. Our damaged goods procedure can take up to 30 days to complete a repair or exchange of goods for the damaged product. If a refund is to be processed at the discretion of the company, please allow up to 30 days from when the decision has been made for your full refund.

Please Note: If you have not contacted us before your 4 day period has ended regarding your damaged goods, at the companies discretion we have the right to not refund the the faulty item/s, in result at the companies discretion an exchange for the full value of your item/s will be given.
