AT ADORNAMENT WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY WITH EVERY ORDER OVER £50.

Most of our products on our website have a GREEN DELIVERY LABEL under the price of the product on the product page indicating a timeframe for your product/s to be delivered. If you don't see a green label this means your product is a STANDARD UK DELIVERY within 3-5 days.

ADORNAMENT WILL ALWAYS AIM TO DELIVER ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS WITHIN THE TIMESCALE GIVEN. During holiday seasons this is subject to change due to courier demand increasing. If any changes occur that would result in our customer's order being delivered outside their timeframe we will notify you before the order is dispatched, ensuring that you can decide to proceed with the new delivery timescale or have a full refund.

BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS such as Beds & Sofas have a 7-14 day delivery timeframe.

You can also contact our friendly customer service team via email with any questions regarding orders.

Want To Return Your Product?

We want you to feel completely confident when choosing pieces for your home.

If your item arrives and it isn't quite what you envisioned, you have 14 days to request a return. We simply ask that the item is kept in its original, unused condition and packaging. If so we will arrange the best method for your item to make its way back to us and process a full refund or exchange.

Because many of our beds and sofas are made-to-order specifically for you, bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Worried about whether a large item will fit through your doors? Reach out to our team before ordering - we are happy to help you measure up so delivery day goes flawlessly!
