If your item arrives and it isn't quite what you envisioned, you have 14 days to request a return. We simply ask that the item is kept in its original, unused condition and packaging. If so we will arrange the best method for your item to make its way back to us and process a full refund or exchange.
Because many of our beds and sofas are made-to-order specifically for you, bespoke pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
For all made to order beds and sofas, we will contact you directly before production has started to ensure your new bed/sofa is exactly as you envisioned.. We’ll take the time to confirm every detail, discuss your preferences, and accommodate any alterations or adjustments you may require, all at no additional cost.
All made to order beds and sofas are fully refundable BEFORE they go into production. Unfortunately if your bed or sofa is currently in production, we cannot guarantee a full refund, the refund amount depends on how far into production your product is.
